- Sweet Onion, (1pcs chopped)
- Orange Bell Pepper, (1pcs seeded, chopped)
- Garlic Cloves, (3 cloves chopped)
- Diced Tomatoes
- Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt/Pepper, (to taste)
- Small Head Green Cabbage, (1pcs, cored, chopped)
- Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese (2 Cups)
Heat a pan then add vegetable oil, then add beef, Onion, and Orange Bell paper. And start stirring until the beef changes its color.
Add garlic and saute for 2 more mins.
Then add tomatoes, spices, salt, and pepper. Top with cabbage. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Then top with cheese and cover until it gets melted.
