  • Pine Nut (1/4 cup)
  • Rice Vinegar (1-1.4 cup)
  • Vegetable Oil (1 teaspoon)
  • 2 Clove Garlic (minced)
  • Cayenne pepper (1 pinch)
  • Golden raisins (3 teaspoons)
Preparation:

Step 1:

Set a steamer in the gas oven, then add some water and salt after that adding broccoli in the boiling water, cover, and steam until just tender, 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 2:

Then rinse broccoli under cold water and then set aside.

Step 3:

Take another small pan and add some olive oil on to it. Then cook and stir pine nuts on the pan until it gets roasted. Then remove it from the heat.

Step 4:

Whisk rice vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.

Step 5:

Then transfer the Broccolis and pine nuts. Now gently mixed it.

  • Chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
Preparations:

Step 1:

Then rinse broccoli under cold water and then set aside.

Heat another pan then add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil then add garlic and stir it until it changes its color to brown.

Step 4:

Then add 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 2 teaspoon sesame seeds. Stir it for 2-3 mins until sesame seeds changed its color.

Step 5:

Add boiled broccoli on to it. And mixed it together. If you want then you can add chili flakes for taste.
